2 Night Minimum Stay - 3 Night during Holidays

7th Night Free in Winter

$8 per night Per Pet fee

Ethel's may be reserved with first night's rent.

The balance of the rent, pet fee, and security deposit of $200 is due 1 month before arrival date.

The security deposit is a cleaning/damage deposit which will be returned within 10 days after checkout, provided that the property is left in satisfactory condition. The security deposit needs to be written on a separate check.

Check in time is 3 pm. Checkout is 12 noon.

Ethel's is a non-smoking house.

Please no boats or motorhomes.

Please keep dogs on a leash when outside. Local cats and deer will like this.

Some of the neighbors on our private road are year around residents, your consideration of them is much appreciated.

Cancellation: Reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival will forfeit the advance deposit unless the house can be re-rented for the entire period.
